Promoting offers too close to the offer date (not enough lead up time) and 2. Not marketing the offer enough times on Insta! New clients come to me and say, I don’t understand why we didn’t get enough bookings, we put a Reel out about it… Listen bestie, one Reel is not gonna do it. Marketing involves human psychology so it requires the drip drip drip effect, to slowly work its magic in the human brain. Then one day they see a Reel, or someone says, what are you doing for valentines, and bam! 💥 They suddenly think of you: your hotel, your holiday cottage, your restaurant… only it’s not sudden, because you have been drip feeding them hints, inspiration, ideas for the past 4 or 5 weeks…. So I promised you some hooks to help you market your Valentine offers! One great one I see on lots of viral Reels is: Your girlfriend doesn’t want flowers, she wants a night away here with cocktails at 7 and dinner at 8. Or similar… you get the drift! Or try these: She doesn’t want a teddy bear; she wants room service and a late check out. The most romantic thing you can say this Valentines Day? I booked us a night away. Roses die; memories in our suites live forever. Yeah you could get supermarket flowers on the way home from work, or you could book a night away here and win the best boyfriend / girlfriend / partner award 5 hooks to steal which you can use on your next 10 pieces of content. Because not everyone sees everything you post: so it’s ok to repeat yourself! In fact it’s marketing: it’s encouraged! So SAVE this Reel to come back to these attention grabbing hooks!
